What to expect as a member of the T-Force Family

We believe it is important for the members of our T-Force family to be knowledgable about the care they are receiving. The following section will set expectations of our T-Force family. We encourage all participants to ask questions, seek knowledge, and push limits: there are no bounds to the growth we can achieve by working together as a team and family.

As A Patient

Your first appointment will last 1 hour, all follow-up appointments will be 30 minutes

You will receive paperwork to complete prior to your first appointment

Please have this completed, this allows us to spend more time focusing on you, the patient.
